Best tv show I have ever watched
  • British Version VS. American Version

I have seen lots of comments comparing the british and american version. Since I watch both I had to put my two cents in. I am an american who tends to prefer British television (Dr Who, Torchwood, Luther, The Fades etc) Being Human is one of my favorite British Shows I watch, just under Dr Who. I think its important for viewers to understand that both series both American and British versions are great in their own right! While the shows have a similar main story line with the characters, they are still quite different in a lot of the show/small plot design. You really shouldn't compare the 2 different versions. That would be like comparing True Blood HBO series to The Sookie Stackhouse Novel series. Again they are both similar and great, but too different to actually compare. Just enjoy each of them as two different shows! If you want my opinion I would say I prefer the British Version but they have more seasons and the show has developed more so that could have a lot to do with it.

Love this show! It's so well written and acted. I have seen the whole U.K. Series & after season 1 they vary in plot lines quite a bit. I loved them both but, I favor the storyline in our version.

The original premise of the show excited my sci-fi genre side - i wanted to see werewolves, vampires and ghosts. Yet, what I like most about the show isn't any of that…. it's sentient beings, getting through existence, building connections and dealing with feelings no matter what they are! I love it and I can't wait for Season 3.
